The process of accepting and giving services to international patients

Introducing the patient to the expert during a phone call by the doctor or representative of the facilitating company

=> Contacting  the expert in order to make the necessary arrangements. 

=> the experts announcement to the patient \the agent of the facilitating company to attend the centers at 8 am on the appointed day. 

=> notify the issue to the secretary officer by the IPD expert

=> Notify their admission officer and the medical documents by the expert in order to make the necessary arrangements

=> notify to the IP detector by the IPT expert.

=> Patient’s entrance to the center from the 8 to 10 AM one week before the operation in order to investigation and preparation before the surgery

=> Notify the patient’s arrival to the IPD expert by the police officer.

=> The presence of an IPD expert at the entrance of the hospital and receiving and accompanying the patient.

=> accompanying the patient to the ward 

by the IPD expert and And checking pre-operative cares. 

=> Entering the patient from the operation room to the ward. 

=> Are the pre-operative cures and preparation completed? 

Yes-Patient hospitalization

No_ Referral location in order to complete the care of by the treatment team. 

=> Preparing the patient’s documents for acceptance, as soon as the patient enters the center by the health information management unit.

The IPD experts calls the IPD doctor to be at the patient’s bedside

The presence of the IPD doctor at the patient’s bedside and taking the current  condition.

The nurse in charge of the patient contact to a day attending doctor to make further arrangements.

Making necessary arrangements with the operation room by the IPD expert.

 delivery of the patient to the operation room by the nurse in charge for the patient with the IPD expert

patient entrance from the operation room to the ward

Calling the attending doctor in order to be at the patient’s bedside and visit him.

Daily visits by the attending doctor => B

Complete the patient’s document brief by the attending doctor. 

Announcement of the follow up cases to the IPD expert by the attending doctor.

doing all patient’s post caring in other referrals in vip unit by the nursing staff.
