Note 1: Due to the high volume of work (dressing, daily doctor's visits, preparing medicines and supplies needed by patients, performing surgeries, etc.), please ask the department from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. do not call

- Distribution hours of food and snacks for patients

6 am: Breakfast
10 am: morning snack
12 noon: Lunch
3:00 pm: evening snack
18: Dinner
10 p.m.: Night snack
Note 2: Avoid bringing salty, spicy and spicy foods, roasted nuts and snacks to your patient. Natural juices in small bottles containing the patient's name and date, nuts in small quantities and in the form of nuts, fresh chopped fruit as much as one day's consumption is brought in disposable containers, and the patient's favorite food as much as consumed. Bring a meal in a small container only at the time of meeting. In order to receive guidance in the field of nutrition, contact the nutrition unit located on the ground floor of Rehijah or Badiner 135.

Note 3: It is forbidden for children under 12 years old to visit the hospital.

Tip 4: Avoid bringing natural flowers (flower baskets or earthen pots), dolls and non-washable toys to the hospital.

Note 5: Do not use perfume and cologne when visiting your patient because they cause allergies in patients.

Note 6: During the visit, avoid expressing whys and ifs, asking how the accident happened and blaming the patient, crying and making noise in the treatment departments.

Tip 7: During the meeting, help maintain the morale of the patients by saying positive sentences, giving good news and making the patient happy.

Note 8: To enter the burn department, you must wear the special clothes that are placed at the entrance of the department.

Tip 9: Use a face mask to enter the burn area.

Tip 10: Be sure to wash your hands and use hand sanitizer before entering the burn ward and contacting the patient.

Tip 11: Wear disposable gloves before contacting the patient and after disinfecting your hands.

Tip 12: To find out about your patient's condition, visit the psychology unit located on the second floor on office days in the morning and get the doctor's response card.

Tip 13: Ask the relevant department for the name of your patient's surgeon. Only refer to your patient's surgeon. Other surgeons do not know about your patient's condition.

Note 14: This card is available only to the patient's legal guardian or one of his first-degree relatives. The treatment staff will not be responsible to other relatives of the patient.

Note 15: Visit the relevant doctor only on the specified days and hours.

Note 16: In order to know about medical expenses, insurances and medical tariffs, please refer to the income and assistance unit (if you need financial support) on the ground floor.

Note 17: If you have any Sharia questions, please refer to Nasim Mehr's office on the ground floor.

Note 18: In order to know about the mental condition of your patient, refer to the psychology unit on the second floor.

Note 19: To receive the necessary information and training in the field of burns, care, services and hospital rules, refer to the public and patient education unit located on the second floor. In addition, the companion training class is held every Wednesday at 11:30 in the prayer hall of the center.

Note 20: If the patient suffers from any disease, drug use, addiction, history of hospitalization, inform the supervisor and the doctor treating the patient.

Do not smoke in the premises and inpatient wards of the hospital.

-Appointment:

Visiting hours for patients on Monday-Wednesday-Friday
- Special care units (BICU): from inside the channel at 1-5/12
- IPD/VIP sections - burn and repair: 12-12 hours
Please visit during these hours and avoid bringing natural flowers.
The duration of meeting and stopping of companions during the visiting hours of the hospital is 10 minutes for each person. Please avoid crowding more than two people on the patient's bed and avoid gathering in corridors and going to other rooms.
